    PSP investigating debit card theft, $1,500 in fraudulent purchases.

    PATTERSONVILLE – State Police at Frackville are investigating the theft of a debit card.

    Troopers said they were called to Jerrys Road in Pattersonville Saturday afternoon for the report.

    They said a man from Butler Township lost his debit card in the Buckhorn or Bloomsburg areas around 5am.

    Later in the day, $1,500 in purchases had been racked up in Bloomsburg.

    Anyone with information is asked to call State Police at Frackville at 570-874-5300.
