SHENANDOAH – State troopers said Friday morning that no foul play was observed in a death investigation over the weekend.

First responders were called to a home in the 100 block of South Bower Street around 10am Saturday morning.

Those responders included multiple state troopers, including a forensic services unit, Schuylkill EMS, Frackville Ambulance, and volunteers from the Shenandoah Fire Department, along with the Schuylkill County Coroner’s Office.

State Police Troop L Public Information Officer Ethan Brownback told the Sentinel Friday morning the investigation involved the natural death of a three-year-old.

The trooper said the child had “multiple medical complications” and that no foul play was observed.

Troopers are still investigating, he said.
