A social media report on Friday revealed that Dallas Wings head coach Latricia Trammell was dismissed from her coaching duties after two seasons. While much of the attention surrounded the Wings' future, some fans were also curious to see what was going on in Indiana. There have been four coaches fired during the 2024 offseason, but it seems the Fever are tied down with Christie Sides. Sides has been with the Fever since 2023. In her first season with the organization, Sides helped the Fever earn a 13-27 record. The main issue in the Fever community is Sides' role in developing rookie Caitlin Clark. The No. 1 overall pick from 2024 averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds and 8.4 assists per game. Despite her success, some fans believe Sides is holding Clark back from her full potential, leading to a few members of the fanbase wanting to fire Indiana's head coach.
