J.M. Biggs: Angels are everywhere, part 2

Today I am continuing the conversation about angels. I’m starting with Throne Angels, or ophanim. They have many eyes and look like wheels within wheels. A lot of people, if they saw one, would probably have a heart attack. Their jobs are to protect the divine secrets and things of divine will. For more, read Ezekiel 1:15-18.

The last angels that I will be talking about are archangels. I will be talking about three, but there are probably more. First on the list is Raphael. His name means “divine healer,” which means he probably shows up in a lot of church services, hospitals or wherever people need healing.

Next on the list is Gabriel. His name means “the strength of God.” Gabriel is a messenger archangel. It is believed that he was the angel who brought the message to Mary, the mother of Jesus, and many others. And it has not stopped. I promise you, some of you who are reading this may have had an experience with Gabriel, whether in real-time or in your dreams.

The last angel on the list is Michael. His name means “who is like God.” He is sent to a place or an individual in times of great danger or evil. He is also said to be a great protector of God’s church. He is the mightiest of all the archangels, the leader of God’s angel armies. He will be the angel that locks up the devil for a thousand years in the Book of Revelation.

You may have read in the Scriptures, “Be careful how you entertain strangers. They might be angels unaware.” I believe angels are walking among us in human form. You know how people have said they were talking to somebody about something, and turned away for a second, looked back and the person was gone. That was probably a regular angel. In the last days, their presence will intensify on the earth.

I personally know people who have had an experience with an angel. One has said that they were driving their car and looked out the window, and there was an angel flying beside their vehicle. Some have said that they were in their homes and looked up and saw an angel so tall that part of their body went through the ceiling.

Why am I telling you so much about angels? Because of what’s happening and what’s coming in these last days. We are going to need their help. God’s prophets in these last days are not often ready available, so he will send a messenger angel to direct our path.

If you think things are bad right now, wait until next year rolls in. Evil and mayhem will be on steroids. What do you think will happen if the economy crashes? There will be mayhem. Then, with all the fires burning part of the country, all the rain, the drought, the flooding, we are about to have a great famine. When people can’t feed their families they go crazy. That could lead to break-ins of food stores and home invasions. We will need the help of angels to survive.

I’m not telling you all these things to make you fearful but that you would give your lives to the Lord and get closer to him. Remember, the time is now to prepare for the very hard times ahead. I can’t stress it enough.
