Tsunami warning lifted after Japan hit with powerful 7.1 magnitude earthquake

Homes and power lines were seen shaking in Japan today as an earthquake triggered a tsunami warning. Footage taken by the concerned resident shows the tremors in Miyazaki on the island of Kyushu.He said: 'First time in my life I've felt shaking like this. Normally I barely feel it when I'm outside or in a car, but it shook to the point that even when I'm standing, there was a fluttering feeling. There was a tsunami warning, too.'A tsunami was expected to hit the country's southern region within 30 minutes of the 7.1 magnitude quake.Officials have urged people in the region to immediately move to higher ground.
