The end of the summer break leads the 2024 Formula One campaign to the Netherlands this weekend for the Dutch Grand Prix .

Zandvoort has became a staple of the F1 calendar since its return in 2021 thanks to a vibrant atmosphere, unique setting and the competitive racing it offers.

Max Verstappen has won all three of the grands prix in what is effectively his own backyard and the title leader is the favourite once again for Sunday’s race. Lando Norris , however, is on pole.

Lewis Hamilton was credited with the win in Belgium before the break, after George Russell saw his superb first-place finish chalked off for an underweight car.

Verstappen holds a 78-point lead over Norris in what is fast becoming a done-deal for the World Championship, despite McLaren and Mercedes surging up to Red Bull’s pace over the last few races.

When is the Dutch Grand Prix?

The Dutch Grand Prix takes place this weekend with the race scheduled to start at 2pm BST on Sunday August 25, 2024.
