Police investigating crash involving juvenile in Easton

EASTON — The Talbot County Sheriff's Office is investigating a crash in which a juvenile was hit by a car on Saturday.

According to police, the juvenile is "listed in stable condition."

Police say the juvenile was struck by a car at the 7000 block of Dover Neck Road in Easton. Family members then transported the child to Royal Farms at the corner of U.S. Route 50 and Dutchmans Lane "to obtain medical aid," police said.

At around 8:30 p.m. Saturday, county police were dispatched to the Royal Farms. Personnel from the Talbot County Department of Emergency Services provided aid. The juvenile was transported to a hospital by the Maryland State Police Aviation Command, according to police.
