    Here are the top performers in East Central Indiana high school sports for the week of Oct. 7-11.

    Monday

    Elijah Bell, Delta boys soccer: Bell had a crucial PK save to clinch a first-round sectionals win for the Eagles, who defeated Yorktown 2-2 (5-3 PKs).

    Maddox Huffman, Delta boys soccer: Huffman scored in regulation and made a PK in Delta's 2-2 (5-3 PKs) win over Yorktown at sectionals.

    Cooper Pierce, Delta boys soccer: Pierce assisted on both of Delta's regulation goals in a 2-2 (5-3 PKs) win over Yorktown at sectionals.

    Hallie Schwieterman, Jay County volleyball: Schwieterman had 13 kills, six digs, three blocks, three aces and two assists in Jay County's 3-2 win against Daleville.

    Mya Kunkler, Jay County volleyball: Kunkler recorded 14 kills, three assists and two blocks in the Patriots' 3-2 victory over Daleville.

    Trishell Johnson, Daleville volleyball: Johnson had 39 kills, 22 digs, three blocks, two assists and an ace in Daleville's 3-2 loss at Jay County.

    Savannah Hall, Cowan volleyball: Hall recorded 14 kills, 15 digs and four blocks, all of which led the Blackhawks to a 3-1 victory over Alexandria-Monroe.

    Sophia Beeson, Wapahani volleyball: Beeson recorded 23 kills, 13 digs, three aces and two assists in Wapahani's 3-2 win against Winchester.

    Lilyana Mayberry, Winchester volleyball: Mayberry had 17 kills, four digs, a block, an ace and an assist in Winchester's 3-2 loss at Wapahani.

    Addi Grove, Monroe Central volleyball: Grove led the Golden Bears with 12 kills and six aces in a 3-1 loss at Randolph Southern.

    Tuesday

    Liam Hannon, Muncie Burris boys soccer: Hannon recorded a hat trick and five assists in Burris' 10-0 victory over Wapahani at sectionals.

    Beau Edmonds, Muncie Burris boys soccer: Edmonds had four goals in Burris' 10-0 sectionals win over Wapahani.

    Rees Cook, Muncie Burris boys soccer: Cook recorded 14 saves in Burris' shutout win against Wapahani.

    Aubree Jarrells, Delta girls soccer: Jarrells assisted on both of Delta's goals in a 2-0 win over New Castle in the first round of sectionals.

    Ruth Sherck, Delta girls soccer: Sherck recorded eight key saves in Delta's shutout win over New Castle.

    Trishell Johnson, Daleville volleyball: Johnson followed up Monday's 39-kill outing with 20 more kills in a 3-0 sweep of Monroe Central.

    Lilly Howell, Muncie Burris volleyball: Howell had 13 kills, three digs, three aces and a block in Burris' 3-0 sweep of Muncie Central.

    Charlotte Vinson, Yorktown volleyball: Vinson had 11 kills in Yorktown's 3-0 sweep of Fishers and broke Yorktown's career kills record in the process with her 1,805th career kill.
