    Leave the team the way it is it’s called continuity and chemistry and if you were an Athlete you will understand it. SSLL did it in 2010 and 2016 they changed coaches the 12 year old season and it didn’t work. In 2010 they got to the states and lost in 2016 they didn’t even get out of the districts. 2010 team when they were 11’s they won the states 2016 team when they won the states they won the states. Sal has done a great job and knows what he’s doing the guy played D 1 Baseball and played in the minor leagues. He knows more about baseball than any other coach down there. You leave it alone
