Editor’s note: Every week we will pick a fun Zillow listing to feature online. It may be the most expensive, the best buy or even the best home hidden by plants. While we will do our best, we hope you’ll send a fun listing or two if you come across a wacky Zillow listing. Email arocha@recordnet.com.

A 1947 single-family home is the 25th Zillow listing in our weekly series.

The home is 1,986-square-foot and was built 77 years ago. The remodeled home offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a sunken family room with a fireplace and a sleek kitchen.

This home is priced at $379,950.

"This home has been thoughtfully remodeled throughout, showcasing modern finishes and very clean," the listing agent wrote on Zillow. "From the sleek kitchen to the cozy bedrooms, every corner of this home exudes comfort and style."

The monthly payment, assuming you put down 20%, would run you about $2,412 a month.

"Located in a sought-after neighborhood, 2006 Superior St. offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience," the listing agent wrote on Zillow. "With its prime location, you'll enjoy easy access to local amenities, schools, and parks, making it an ideal place to call home."
