Monster Jam is coming to compete in Macon this spring. See where to get tickets.

Macon residents will soon get a chance to see monster trucks up close and personal.

Monster Jam is bringing its show, complete with monster trucks, world champion drivers and roaring crowds from April 18-20. The show will be at the Macon Coliseum, and tickets can be purchased at the box office or online .

Eight drivers will face off during the weekend for the Area Championship Series West title, and the chance to compete in the Monster Jam World Finals in Salt Lake City.

An hour before the show, attendees can come to the trackside experience, which will feature interviews with drivers, the chance to meet pit crews and giveaways before the action starts.

The weekend will also feature a pit party on April 19, where kids and families can get up close with the monster trucks and meet drivers.
