Tennessee Titans inactive players: Is DeAndre Hopkins active vs Chicago Bears?

CHICAGO — Star receiver DeAndre Hopkins is in fact active for the Tennessee Titans' season opener against the Chicago Bears on Sunday .

The Titans begin their season at Soldier Field on Sunday (noon, FOX). Despite missing most of training camp with an MCL injury and being listed as questionable on the injury report this week , the four-time All Pro will be in uniform and giving it a go alongside new Titans receivers Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd.

Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, who also missed most of training camp with an injury (calf) and was questionable on Friday's injury report, is active as well. The only Titans who are missing Sunday's game because of injury are safety Jamal Adams (hip) and linebacker Otis Reese IV (concussion).

The Titans elevated linebacker Luke Gifford and defensive lineman James Lynch from the practice squad for this contest.
