Titans vs Colts inactive players: Anthony Richardson injury update, who's not playing

The Tennessee Titans will be as close to full strength as possible when they host the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. But the Colts have a big surprise at quarterback.

The Titans (1-3) host the Colts (2-3) at Nissan Stadium Sunday (noon, CBS). The only significant Titans contributor who isn't active for Sunday's game is defensive tackle Keondre Coburn, who's missed all week with a knee injury and was ruled out Friday. The Titans will also be without safety Jamal Adams, who the team put on the non-football injury reserve list Saturday and, as such, he'll miss a minimum of four games.

NFL Network is reporting that the Colts will start quarterback Joe Flacco, not Anthony Richardson. Richardson had been reported as good-to-go after practicing in a limited capacity this week, but the Colts will reportedly turn to the veteran as Richardson continues to deal with an oblique injury. Richardson is not active, nor is Colts starting running back Jonathan Taylor.

Quarterback Will Levis is active and will start for the Titans, marking his first appearance since missing most of the Titans' Week 4 game with a shoulder injury. The Titans did not elevate practice squad quarterback Trevor Siemian to the gameday roster, meaning Levis and Mason Rudolph will be the Titans' only two available quarterbacks. Siemian is at Nissan Stadium Sunday.

The Titans' two standard practice squad elevations for Sunday are cornerback Tre Avery and defensive lineman Abdullah Anderson.
