2024 Teen Miss Franklin-SoCo Fair Queen contestant: Olivia Winslow

My name is Olivia Winslow. My mother is Stephanie Archer and father is William Winslow. My grandparents are Teresa Beaver, Jeffery Beaver and Gary Winslow. I go to Western Branch High School. After I graduate I want to go to Tidewater Community College for sonography. My platform is to help others get back on their feet and make them feel like themselves again at the Buffalo Center. The Franklin-Southampton County Fairgrounds sustained heavy storm damage Sunday evening, Aug. 4, leading to the cancellation of the fair. Olivia started a GoFundMe campaign to raise “money for the Fair Board of the fairgrounds to rebuild and replace anything that needs to be replaced,” she stated.
