    Amelia Hunt, Ashland

Hunt emerged in the midfield for the Arrows last year as a sophomore, as she scored three goals and had a team-leading seven assists. She was named to the Second-Team Ohio Cardinal Conference team and was First-Team North Central District.

    Adria Brock, Ashland

As a junior defender for the Arrows, Brock was an Ohio Cardinal Conference Honorable Mention choice. It's possible she takes over even more responsibility on defense as a senior.

    Tessa Butcher, Hillsdale

Even as Hillsdale went 2-13 last year, Butcher was able to stand out on defense as the team's leader. As a sophomore, Butcher made First-Team Northwest District and was a First-Team Wayne County Conference choice.

    Zoe Ritchie, Hillsdale

A team captain as a sophomore, the midfielder was a Second-Team Northwest District selection and a Second-Team Wayne County Conference pick.

    Audrey Hellickson, Mapleton

Throughout the 2023 season, Mapleton girls soccer (12-6 record) were amongst the top-ranked teams in Division III, and Hellickson played a key role in that. As a sophomore, the midfielder tallied 13 goals and 10 assists in 17 games played, which earned her a spot on the First-Team Mid-Buckeye Conference and Second-Team All-District teams.

    Skylar Hopstetter, Mapleton

As a sophomore, Hopstetter was as dependable as they come holding things down on the defensive side for the Mounties. The Mounties recorded 10 clean sheets last season, and Hopstetter's play at center-back was of high value.

    Jailynn Woodruff, Northwestern

As a forward and midfielder, Woodruff was one of the most productive players in the Wayne/Ashland County area as a junior. She scored a team-high 15 goals and despite the Huskies having a 4-11-1 record last season, Woodruff was able to help lead the team to a district final appearance.
