A Clyde Township man was arrested on Sept. 26 after a large quantity of psilocybin mushrooms, guns and drug paraphernalia were found in his residence, according to the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office.

Dustin Dubey, 20, was charged with five felonies, including two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of felony firearm use and one count of maintaining a drug house.

The St. Clair County Sheriff Drug Task Force entered Dubey's residence with a search warrant. They reportedly found 476 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, a large amount of ecstasy, an AR-15 rifle, a handgun, ammunition and magazines, a digital scale and packaging material.

Dubey was arraigned in court Sunday. He was released from jail after posting a $75,000 bond via a bail bondsman.

A probable cause conference is scheduled for 9 a.m. Oct. 8. Dubey faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
