ok assuming he's speeding... that can happen when you're speeding down a residential lane on a small bike.could be hard to see around other cars and makes the time one has to react very short.

im a witness, he turned right in frount of you. see it all the time. I don't think they teach that one in hand book. they should put that one on cover along with don't pull out in frount of motorcycle's.
