Alabama high school football scores: Tuscaloosa-area live updates from Week 0

The Alabama high school football season is officially here.

A few teams from the Tuscaloosa-area get their seasons started on Thursday: American Christian Academy at Tuscaloosa Academy, Fayette County at Gordo and Corner at Winfield. Some other big games in the area on Friday night include Tuscaloosa County hosting Central and Hillcrest making its Class 7A debut, hosting Florence.
