TEEN Mom: The Next Chapter stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra are in danger of foreclosure on the $450,000 Michigan house they currently have on the market.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal a Certificate of Forfeiture of Real Property was filed in March 2024 by a Michigan Register of Deeds Office.
“On March 1, 2024, the following real property was forfeited to the Sanilac County Treasurer for non-payment of property taxes for the year 2022.
“If the 2022 taxes are not paid by March 31, 2025, absolute title to the property and any equity associated with an interest in the property will vest in the foreclosing governmental unit.”
“If the property is not redeemed and is foreclosed and sold or transferred, a person with an interest in the property at the time of judgment of foreclosure may claim that person’s interest in any remaining proceeds.”
The amount of taxes due is $5,007.72.
The home could go into foreclosure if the couple does not pay the amount by the date listed in court documents.
There is no judgment filed with the Register of Deeds Office, The U.S. Sun could confirm.
According to property records, the house is 4,296 square feet and sits on six acres of land, featuring a barn, cabin and pond.
Teen Mom: The Next Chapter Cast
In September 2022, MTV blended their long-running shows Teen Mom OG and Teen Mom 2 to one series following the young mothers' experiences raising their kids and co-parenting with their baby dads. Here's a list of the entire Teen Mom: The Next Chapter cast.
IF they went to College like they said they would they'd have good jobs and could pay the taxes. l recall they stated going to college was the main reason to give away their firstborn. Of course an excuse. Same as the other excuses.
