Lyles didn’t compete in the men’s 100m relay last Friday.

A day earlier, the 27-year-old had contracted Covid before his bronze finish in the 200m final.

Over the weekend, Lyles was seen showing off his dance moves at a Paris nightclub after the closing Olympics ceremony on Sunday.

The footage came from a TikTok user as Lyles moved around the dancefloor while in the middle of a large gathering at the club L’Arc Paris.

Lyles, who won the gold in the 100-meter final, was also seen with a USA flag around him in one sequence.

He wasn’t the only Olympic star to appear at the nightclub as Simone Biles , Derrick White, and France swimmer Leon Marchand were spotted there.

Lyles’ dance presence came days after competing while suffering from a 102-degree fever.

After his third-place finish, Lyles collapsed to the floor and needed help from medical personnel.

The Americans were disqualified in the 4x100m relay race in which Lyles couldn’t compete in.

A day after the event, Lyles announced he was free from Covid after showing a photo of his negative test on social media .

Lyles first tested positive last Tuesday before placing third in the Thursday 200m final.

He finished behind Bostwana’s Letsile Tebogo and Team USA teammate Kenneth Bednarek.

The Americans were disqualified in the 4x100m relay race as Canada ‘s team won the event, with South Africa and Great Britain taking silver and bronze medals, respectively.

The U.S. team failed to medal in the 4x100m for the fifth straight Olympics.

Team USA experienced a fumbled baton handoff from Christian Coleman to Kenny Bednark on their first pass.

Bednark seemed to leave early, and the baton was passed outside the zone, causing the disqualification.

The U.S. came away tied for the most gold medals (40) in the Paris Olympics with China.

The Americans still earned the most overall medals with 126.

Team USA won the most medals in track and field with 34, the most for the country since winning 40 in the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
