The Frecce Tricolori emitted its signature green, white, and red smoke trails as the jets traveled across the city, Philadelphia-based ABC affiliate WPVI reported.

Frecce Tricolori is the demonstration team of the Italian Air Force and is Italy’s equivalent of the US Air Force Thunderbirds.

The jets began over Northeast Philadelphia and traveled south to the Ben Franklin Bridge as part of the Air Dot Show Tour, per Air Show Tour .

They then turned west over the downtown area and traveled near the Museum of Art .
