America’s Got Talent live show ‘ruined’ by ‘screaming audience’ as crowd’s ‘obnoxious’ reaction ‘drowns out’ dance act

AMERICA’S Got Talent fans have slammed the show’s first live episode of the season after the raving audience made it impossible to hear the judges

On Tuesday night, AGT ‘s live quarter-finals began as fans watched multiple acts give it their all in Los Angeles.

After each show-stopping performance, fans thought the crowd seemed louder than usual.

At the top of the reality competition show’s second hour, fans were greeted by a dance team from Los Osos High School in Rancho Cucamonga, California , right outside of Los Angeles .

At the end of their performance, the audience went so wild it nearly drowned out what the four judges had to say.

JUDGES OPINIONS

Heidi Klum was the first to speak, saying, “I’m here for it! I love you guys.”

Heidi exclaimed, “Oh my God!” before turning around a looking at the huge wave of audience members standing, cheering, and clapping.

The model continued, “Those are your parents! I give you two thumbs up because you can’t hear a thing that I’m telling you.”

AGT host Terry Crews asked Sofia Vergara , “Can you talk through this?”

The former Modern Family star said, “I don’t think I have to say anything. I’ve never seen this theater go so crazy.”

Terry then admitted that he couldn’t hear himself.

Simon Cowell told the group of teenage dancers that it was a “huge step up” from their audition .

Meanwhile, the audience booed Howie Mandel , who wasn’t a fan of the dance routine.

“The event was a half-time high school show,” the former Deal or No Deal host said.

He also said that the crowd was so loud because of the dancers’ families that were there and it all comes down to America ‘s vote.

Simon Cowell – On October 22, 2015, it was revealed Simon was replacing Howard Stern on the AGT judges panel. He became a judge during the program’s 11th season and has since remained a series regular.

Heidi Klum – In March 2013, Heidi was announced as Sharon Osbourne’s replacement on AGT . After a few seasons off, she returned during Season 15.

Sofia Vergara – On February 27, 2020, NBC revealed Sofia was replacing Gabrielle Union for AGT season 15.

Howie Mandel – Out of all the panelists, Howie Mandel is the longest-tenured judge on America’s Got Talent . Howie joined the hit reality series during the show’s 5th season replacing David Hasselhoff .

“Shut up audience I can’t hear the microphone!” one X user exclaimed in all caps.

A second admitted, “The screaming audience is literally ruining it. Slightly too obnoxious reaction for some of the acts.

“They’ve all been great, but none have been THAT great.”

Someone else mentioned, “I want to hear how the audience hears these acts, cause the broadcast audio sucks.

“Singers get drowned out by the background track, and the audience not shutting up. You’d think they’d fix these issues cause we’re the ones voting.”

“The audience cheering so much is ridiculous,” a fourth AGT viewer raged.
