Janet Jackson reveals she has three famous cousins in Radio 2 interview and fans think they share ‘same cheekbones’

JANET Jackson shocked the world when she revealed she is related to three famous cousins during a BBC Radio 2 interview.

After the All for You singer confirmed the news, fans quickly said they could see the similarity as they share the “same cheekbones.”

While speaking with radio host Scott Mills yesterday on BBC Radio 2 to promote her Together Again Tour , Janet revealed she had famous cousins.

Kicking off the conversation, Scott asked the singer if she was related to Stevie Wonder .

“Now someone told me this earlier, are you related to Stevie [Wonder]?” Scott asked.

“He’s our cousin,” Janet confirmed.

“Not a lot of people know that. He’s our cousin on my mother’s side.”

While being related to Stevie is already a big shock, Janet shared that she was related to a famous singer and iconic actor.

“So is Tracy Chapman,” she continued before adding, “So is Samuel L. Jackson.

“He would be a cousin, too. I mean, he’s not my brother.”

Despite Janet’s claims to be related to Samuel , the Snakes on a Plane actor previously denied having ties to the Jackson family.

In a 2017 interview with Wired , Samuel was asked if he and Janet’s famous brother, Michael Jackson , were related.

“Nope,” Samuel swiftly replied in the clip.

In addition to revealing her three famous cousins, Janet is one of nine children , five of whom were famously known as The Jackson 5 .

The Jackson 5 consisted of Michael, Jackie , Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon Jackson.
