Police discovered her car with the keys, shoes, and cell phone still inside at around 9:15 pm on the same day.
Authorities reported that the car was stuck on railroad tracks and was still warm when it was found.
It had, however, been sitting there for a while, the Allendale County Sheriff James Freeman said.
The search for Jessica so far has involved three helicopters and a team of dogs .
Concerned members of the public have taken to social media to share their well wishes with Jessica’s family and friends.
“Beautiful young lady, my prayers [are] for a safe return,” one person wrote on Facebook .
“Lifting up prayers and shared in South Carolina,” another said.
People have tried to spread the word about Jessica on Facebook in the hope it will help the search mission.
“I don’t think I’m going to give up until we find her.”

Others have raised concerns about the poor cell phone service in the area where Jessica went missing.
One said the service “is not good.”
And another said it is “non-existent.”

The railroad tracks where Jessica’s car was found run through the community of Martin in northwestern Allendale County.
Of the three helicopters involved in the search, two were from the Savannah River Site.
Jessica’s aunt was reportedly trying to meet her halfway, but her niece never showed up.
A Facebook group called Missing People in America shared a post on Wednesday about Jessica’s disappearance which was shared over 12,000 times.
One comment raised concerns about visibility levels in the area where Jessica went missing.
“Out in the straight country. The worst place to get lost. It’s pitch black dark at night,” they wrote.
