AN URBAN explorer has stumbled across an incredible collection of retro cars left abandoned at an old farmyard.

YouTube star Colin Hodson of the channel The Bearded Explorer was left stunned after discovering a collection of motors left inside a barn at a location in Cornwall – including a Porsche 911 and a classic Maserati.

At the start of the video, the YouTube star and his friend walk around the vast property and quickly spot some old go-karts, a dumped hatchback and even a JCB digger surrounded by overgrown weeds and bushes.

Colin then heads to the old barn which is blocked by a large blue door – with only a gap to the side to peek through.

But after he and his fellow explorer are able to enter the building, they quickly unearth its incredible treasure trove of old motors.

Inside, there’s what appears to be an old Bedford fire truck, as well as a large tractor and a retro Land Rover Discovery.

But there’s also half a dozen cars with protective covers over them to keep them safe from the elements.

The collection includes a 1980s Porsche 911 and 944, as well as a classic Rolls-Royce, a very cool Fiat X19, and a rarely seen Maserati BiTurbo.

While the interior of the Maserati is incredibly well preserved, the sport car’s bodywork is badly damaged, which Colin said “needs to be saved and repaired.”

Perhaps the most exciting discovery – at least, at first – is a Ferrari 250 GTO, which later turns out to be a replica.

A 250 GTO is one of the most famous collectible cars in the world and they are highly desired by wealthy petrolheads, with sales at car auctions repeatedly setting price records.

Upon discovering the ‘Ferrari’, James said: “I think this is a kit car – no one’s going to put a £30million pound Ferrari in here.”

Disappointingly, after searching for the number plate on a registration website, the duo confirm that the 250 GTO was once a Datsun.

YouTube commenters were amazed by Colin’s incredibly discovery.

One wrote: “The owner may still be alive but not physically able to enjoy the toys anymore.”

Another added: “I would love to have that Porsche 944.”

While on the Maserati, someone wrote: “The interior on that Maserati is sublime.”

This comes as a £6million haul of supercars including Bentleys and Rolls-Royces have been seized by police in a crackdown on boy racers using roads in London as a “racetrack”.

And elsewhere, Dubai has unveiled breathtaking plans for the world’s most futuristic motorway with robo-trams running between lanes.
