In the photos, Brown , 27, could be seen working out with dumbbells in the swimming pool in Manama, Bahrain.

He worked out with his head above the water and completely submerged while wearing huge goggles on his face.

One exercise had the Celtics star upside-down while holding the dumbells at the bottom of the pool.

Brown also held a dumbbell in his right hand while appearing to dribble the ball underwater with his left in one snap.

The 2024 Finals MVP documented his workout in an Instagram post, captioning it, “Live your advice.”

The grind seriously impressed NBA fans.

“This year it’s personal,” one commented.

“O my God the league is cooked,” another wrote.

“Damn this elite. Pool workouts with dumbbells,” a third said.

“The work ethic is on another planet…” one added.

“Man proved everyone wrong and won finals MVP, then went back in business real quick.”

Brown had a career season in 2023-24, which he ended by putting on a show in the playoffs to help the Celtics claim their 18th championship.

He averaged 23.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists, and 1.2 steals during the regular season.

In the playoffs, the Cali product logged 23.9 points, 5.9 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 1.2 steals per contest, displaying his two-way game.

Brown silenced his critics , who claimed he was overpaid after signing his five-year, $285.4 million deal last summer – the highest contract in league history.

Still, his performance wasn’t enough to secure a spot on Team USA , which won gold at the Paris Olympics earlier this month.

Brown then suggested that Nike played a role in keeping him off the Olympic roster .

“There be more stuff to come with that,” he continued .

“As of now, I’m not going to comment on it.”

The 2024-25 NBA season tip-off is scheduled for Tuesday, October 22.
