A LOS Angeles Rams fan appeared to have a particularly bad day despite his team taking a 13-9 win over the LA Chargers.

The man’s girlfriend seemed to have rejected his proposal before another woman spilled nachos all over him – but NFL fans didn’t buy it.

A video that emerged on social media showed the scene with the score tied at 3-3 .

As the alleged couple appeared on a kiss cam, the woman, who wore a Chargers jersey, told the man, who sported Rams wideout Puka Nacua ‘s No. 17 top, that they were on the screen.

The male fan then stepped out on the staircase and went down on one knee, prompting his apparent partner to shake her head and wave her hands in rejection.

Another woman then appeared on the screen, walking down the stairs with a drink and a tray of nachos in her hand.

She then spilled both on the man – and, after making a brief apology, suspiciously continued making her way to her seat.

NFL fans didn’t think the incident was real, suggesting it was a skit aimed at mocking the Rams faithful, as the clash was the Chargers’ home game.

Some noticed that the man briefly looked at the woman with the nachos before she dumped her snack on him.

Others pointed out that she appeared to purposefully turn her cup over and pour the drink on the Rams fan’s back.

“Just another LA moment definitely not real. Nothing’s real in that town,” one commented

“I would’ve believed this wasn’t scripted in any other stadium than tha one closest to Hollywood,” another wrote.

“Staged! Probably their stupid social media team engagement farming,” a third said.

“Looney Tunes a** scene,” one added.

While the proposal rejection might have been fake, the Chargers’ struggles were real on Saturday.

With star quarterback Justin Herbert out due to a nasty foot injury, they fell down 2-0 in the preseason.

Also, the likely backup QB, Easton Stick, struggled on the field for the second straight game.

Stick completed eight of his 13 passes for 85 yards while adding 22 rushing yards on five carries.

However, he fumbled at the Rams’ one-yard line before throwing an interception on back-to-back possessions toward the end of the first half.

Still, Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh suggested he wouldn’t change his quarterback hierarchy in the wake of Herbert’s injury.

“Why would it?” he asked, per The Athletic .

“We have one of the best starting quarterbacks in the world, and the next quarterback would be under the same expectations as if Justin was [healthy].

“We’d still want to see the same type of performance and improvement.”
