    LeBron James strongly reacts to WNBA star A’Ja Wilson’s stunning game-winning layup to beat buzzer

    LEBRON James gave his flowers to Las Vegas Aces star A’Ja Wilson after her buzzer-beating game-winning layup on Sunday.

    The two-time WNBA MVP led the Aces to a 77-75 victory over the Chicago Sky .

    The score was tied at 75 with 1.1 seconds remaining after the Sky ‘s Chennedy Carter drilled an incredible three-point shot.

    Las Vegas called a timeout and set up an inbounds play for Wilson.

    The two-time WNBA champion caught the pass inside the paint, set her feet, and converted a layup at the rim to beat the buzzer for the win.

    Wilson’s teammates celebrated with her as Chicago’s players were seen stunned at the sequence.

    LeBron James shared his reaction to Wilson and her game-winner on social media .

    “GAME BLOUSES!!!!! @_ajawilson22” the 39-year-old wrote on X .

    James and Wilson won gold for the respective Team USA squads at the 2024 Paris Olympics earlier this month.

    Wilson finished Sunday’s game with 20 points and an astounding 18 rebounds.

    She is on her way toward another MVP campaign, averaging over 26 points and 12 rebounds per game this season.

    Star point guard Kelsey Plum was another contributor in the contest as she recorded 18 points.

    Chelsea Gray nearly posted a triple-double with 11 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists – including one in the Wilson game-winning play.

    The Aces improved to 18-11 while the Sky have a 11-18 record.

    Las Vegas had lost the previous two games.

    Chicago’s Carter scored a team-high 25 points.

    Angel Reese also made history with her 11 points and 22 rebounds.

    The LSU product has become the first WNBA player to achieve three consecutive 20-rebound games.

    Reese also tied Tina Charles ‘ record for the most double-doubles in a season by a rookie in league history .

    The Aces will take on the Dallas Wings on Tuesday.

    The Sky will play the Washington Mystics on Wednesday.
