Sister Wives’ Christine Brown displays massive weight loss in before and after snaps as fans question diet method

SISTER Wives star Christine Brown has proudly showed off her weight loss results, but some fans are questioning the way in which she slimmed down.
Christine, 52, shot to fame when Sister Wives first premiered on TLC in September 2010.

The show, which is still running today and about to head into its 19th season, follows Kody Brown and the women he was in a polygymist relationship with.
Janelle, Christine and Meri all split from Kody but still star on the show, with Kody now only married to Robyn.
Since splitting from Kody in 2021, Christine has gone on to have a major glow up, as well as getting remarried to new beau David Woolley.
Continuing to glow up and slim down, Christine has shared a before and after snap to show off her massive weight loss success.
“Weight loss looks different for everyone. Hormones, water weight, age, inflammation levels, blood sugar, etc. play a huge part in your journey,” Christine penned in the caption of a recent side-by-side snap shared on Instagram.

“Don’t compare your journey to anyone other than your own.
“The only difference between these people and you is they decided it was time for ‘day one’ instead of ‘one day’,” she went on.
“Remember, eight loss is a byproduct of a healthier gut. You’ll gain more energy, better sleep, less inflammation, balanced hormones, and so much more.
“To me, you can’t put a price tag on that,” Christine concluded before urging her followers to reach out if they wanted advice.
“I thought you were using that drink. Is this what you are referring to?” asked one fan in the comments.
“Yes, alongside their other products,” Christine confessed.
Another fan asked Christine about what she eats, “Do you eat one or two meals a day, or is it liquid food?” they quizzed.

“What is the magic and where do I get it???” a fourth person excitedly penned, adding, “You look glowing by the way! So happy you all walked away and made a life for yourselves! Can’t wait for season 19.”

Previously Christine, along with her sister wife Janelle have shared videos that see them pouring sachets of pink powder into a see-through bottle with water in it.
The famous pink drink that the ladies can often be seen drinking is from a brand called Plexus.
Plexus is a supplement company which stocks products that claim to help rid the “body of the bad stuff” and “pave the way to better digestive health”.
