    New ‘yeti’ roller coaster to open at Christmas-themed amusement park – joining Rudolph and penguin thrill rides

    CHRISTMAS is synonymous with joy, time spent with family, and festivities, much like a theme park.

    So it makes sense that there is an attraction centered around the holiday — with a brand new roller coaster on the way.

    Santa’s Village is located in Bracebridge, Ontario just by the Muskoka River.

    It has several rides fashioned after beloved Christmastime characters.

    From Rudolph’s Roller Coaster to the Peppermint Penguin Coaster, there’s a little something for everyone.

    The family-friendly theme park has rides that range from serene to thrill-seeking.

    LET IT SNOW

    The park is set to open its newest attraction, an adrenaline-pumping roller coaster.

    The heart-pounding ride in in the works for parkgoers to enjoy in 2025.

    The Yeti Roller Coaster is “Canada’s most exciting family coaster,” according to Santa’s Village.

    The park shared more details about its newest addition in a post on Instagram .

    “Get ready for the ultimate adventure in 2025 with the arrival of Yeti Trek — Canada’s most exciting family coaster — coming to Santa’s Village!” the caption reads.

    “Feel the adrenaline surge as you race through towering, centuries-old pines and soar above the mighty Muskoka River, catching breathtaking glimpses of the landscape below.”

    “But the real thrill? Santa has invited elusive Yetis all the way from the North Pole, and you might just spot one on your wild ride.

    “This is more than a coaster — it’s an unforgettable experience.”

    According to Santa’s Village, thrill seekers must be 38 inches or taller to ride.

    Several fans of the theme park expressed their thoughts on the new addition in the comments section.

    “Congrats,” one wrote. “This will be an excellent addition to the park.”

    “Very awesome addition,” another added. “So excited to see it take shape.”

    “Can’t wait,” one more wrote. “We had an amazing time yesterday.

    “[The] only downside was we didn’t have enough time but that was due to us not traveling on time.

    “[I] cannot speak highly enough of your Santa on Sunday.

    “[I] will be leaving a glowing review everywhere possible.

    “Santa’s Village is a must-see for anyone visiting Ontario in my opinion.”
