STEVE Harvey has roasted a Family Feud contestant over their bizarre response to a survey question.
During a recent episode, Steve , 67, asked players to name “something you share” with your best friend.
Player Joshua kept a straight face as he hit the buzzer and guessed, “Girlfriend.”
The game show host repeated Joshua’s answer, before adding, “Welcome to Montana!” as the studio audience erupted with laughter.
However, fans were left speechless after his “insane” answer was revealed as the fourth most-common response to the prompt.
After the snippet was shared on Family Feud’s official social media channels, users on Instagram and TikTok expressed their disbelief at “my wife/mate” making it to the board.
“The fact that it was up there!” one person joked.
“I don’t know what made me so confused, his answer or the fact that his answer is actually is up there,” another viewer commented.
A third person quipped, “I was gonna say pizza.”
“And we all supposed to be cool with this? Sigh,” a fourth comment read.
Other fan guesses included money, “a single brain cell,” underwear, “your PlayStation,” as well as hobbies and interests, as the post racked up nearly 10,000 likes on Instagram.
In a clip shared on TikTok, two contestants went head-to-head at the buzzer for a chance to play Family Feud, as Steve asked them, “When I was a kid, we didn’t have what?”
Player Mike quickly hit the buzzer, before blurting out his guess, “Sh*t.”
On-air his response was beeped out and covered with an emoji.
