Adam shares finance and business videos on his page, including content on how to start and scale home service businesses .
In a video about cleaning windows as a side gig, he detailed how his students make thousands of dollars daily.
“This secret quoting method is exactly how my students make $2,000 a day with their own window cleaning business,” began Adam.
The entrepreneur shared that a “price per window quote” was the best way to keep pricing simple and make the most money.
This involves charging a flat fee for each window base, offering customers a breakdown of what they are paying for.
Adam demonstrated how to use the method, counting 11 windows on the front of a home.
He shared that he would charge $10 per window, totaling $110 for just the windows in the front.
Adam walked around the home and counted up the rest of the windows, finding five, eight, and five windows on the other three sides of the home.
Using his “secret method,” the entrepreneur would charge $290 to clean the exterior windows on the property.
“Keep it simple,” said Adam. “Get out there and start making money with a window cleaning business.”
GETTING STARTED
While making thousands of dollars daily requires a significant time commitment and possibly some outside help, the side hustle is simple and still has major profit potential.
A window cleaning side hustle can be started with a little initiative and a few tools, and it has the potential to earn hundreds of dollars daily when just starting out.
The profit potential of the side hustle grows significantly the more time and resources are put into it.
In the video’s description, Adam shared how he started his window cleaning side hustle in college over the summer of 2016.
When he started the “dirty job” side hustle, he was in debt by $10,000.
He began knocking on doors and offering free quotes, collecting 20% deposits on the quotes.
From that money, Adam was able to purchase window cleaning equipment.
A few months into it, he hired three full-time employees, making $100,000 in 2017.
“Dirty jobs like window cleaning provided me with a lifestyle I’ve always dreamed of,” he wrote.
