Barrow was seen in the viral video shouting across a large group of passengers at a gate in Hollywood Burbank Airport in California .

“Everyone’s gonna shut up and we’re gonna say this once and we’re only gonna say it again because we’re frustrated as hell,” Barrow said in the viral video.

The former customer service representative shared how she felt following the July incident.

“I felt so bad I took it in that direction,” she exclusively told Inside Edition .

Barrow’s supervisor Singh was also ditched by the airline after she was seen getting annoyed with the passengers that day.

“Please be quiet so I can think of what’s going on,” Singh was heard saying in the viral video.

“I don’t even know what aircraft’s here because everybody’s screaming numbers.”

The pair explained they were attempting to do the best they could during a difficult situation.

Barrow claimed they were not able to check in passengers as the computers were not working.

This also meant they were unable to take people’s bags or assign seats.

Barrow added that the final straw was that the flight was allegedly oversold.

There were around 300 flyers dealing with delays on the day, and some had been stuck in the airport for around eight hours before the incident, according to the former employees.

Barrow explained her announcements to flyers were initially professional but she later broke out into anger.

“I think it was just everything. It was just the pressure, nobody was listening,” Barrow said.

Singh explained why she also reacted.

“I was trying to pick up the pieces,” she said.

I think it was just everything. It was just the pressure, nobody was listening.”

The pair also discussed the consequences of the viral outburst as Barrow questioned why Singh was let go by Spirit .

Barrow said she understood how her loud reaction led to her layoff.

She said she felt it was unjustified to let Singh go as she did not shout at passengers.

Barrow revealed that she found a new job at a crowd management company.

Singh did not share if she had landed another job since the incident.

Despite this, the former supervisor said the way Barrow handled the situation was “wrong” but she said was not upset with her.

Singh explained Barrow was a caring person and wished her the best following the viral moment.

    TRAVEL OUTBURSTS

This has not been the only travel breakdown to go viral online.

A flyer shot to fame after her on-board outburst claiming someone was “not real.”

Tiffany Gomas, 38, from Dallas, Texas , became known as the “Crazy Plane Lady” after a flyer caught her infamous moment.

Gomas had stood at the front of the flight and yelled that she would not let the plane go as she wagged her fingers.

“I’m getting the f*** off and there’s a reason,” she was heard saying on the video.

“I’m telling you right now that motherf***er back there is not real and you can sit on this plane, and you can die with them or not. I’m not going to.”

She has since opened up about the viral moment , The U.S. Sun has previously reported.

“I feel horrible for everyone who was on that plane. I was a brat,” she said.

They deserve to be gone. Obviously they have no idea how to calm a crowd. Their actions only made it worse.
