ESPN announcer Buck hit an errant shot, and unfortunately his wife has been the one to suffer.

“(Beisner-Buck) underwent surgery today to repair nerve damage in her fractured ankle that occurred during a freak accident when her husband Joe accidentally drove a golf ball into it, per sources,” ESPN inside Adam Schefter wrote.

He also posted a picture of Beisner-Buck giving a thumbs up from a hospital bed.

Joe Buck actually called the US Open golf for Fox when it had the rights from 2015 to 2019.

It sounds like he might be a better caller than a player, going on this evidence.

In fairness to Buck, he didn’t shy away from the unfortunate incident.

Here’s the truth @AdamSchefter the whole truth and nothing but the guilt-ridden brutal truth!” Buck wrote.

“My wife is one amazing, tough woman. And she has not for one second pinned this on me. Or added to my mental load. While I have. Fluke stuff. Probably lucky it wasn’t worse!”

Buck revealed her wife did the splits at just the wrong moment.

“Freak accident,” Michelle said. “If you were having a competition you would never, ever be able to do it.

“It was like God or the universe just directed this ball right into my ankle bone.”

Joe admitted he still suffers from guilt over the unlikely incident.

“Needless to say, my guilt is off the charts,” he said.

“I still wake up in the middle of the night hearing that sound. And it makes me sick.”

Meanwhile, Buck has slammed armchair analysts for criticizing Tom Brady’s media debut.

Brady made his debut as lead analyst for Fox last Sunday, as the Dallas Cowboys played the Cleveland Browns.

With this season’s schedule now revealed, eager NFL fans are looking to secure tickets to their favorite games.

You can start buying tickets for some games on several sites now:

Before purchasing tickets on resale websites check pricing as they are third-party sellers and, importantly, the cost can vary depending on demand. You may pay more than an official ticket, though you can also get good last-minute deals too.

But if you can’t be there in person, don’t worry, there’s still time to set up your stream before the season starts.

You can also keep up to date with the latest NFL coverage right here at The U.S. Sun.

Buck was asked about the widespread online criticism during The Michael Kay Show on Monday.

“This is a hard job, and we all do our piece of it,” Buck replied.

“We all have to be able to settle in, to know what you need to know.

“I talked to him on Friday, and I don’t think anybody’s put in more work into being prepared for his first broadcast than Tom did.

“You have to go forward and settle in. It’s grossly unfair that everybody wants to weigh in after five seconds. That’s not the way it works.

“I think he’ll be great – I stand by that.”

I didn’t know the Bucks were freaks in the bedroom.
