People kept staring at me in the supermarket, then I realised the situation & immediately left in embarrassment

A WOMAN has recalled how she was left scurrying out of a supermarket in embarrassment when she realised her mortifying fail.

Tori, who calls herself a 'microinfluencer', admitted it had taken her ages to build up the courage to film herself out in public.

And when she eventually did so, she suffered a fail of epic proportions.

Sharing a video of the mortifying situation on TikTok, Tori wrote over the top: "POV: You finally get the courage to record in public, only to watch the footage back...

"And realise you somehow perfectly sat in gum and then a straw wrapper.. and have been walking around the whole grocery store like this."

The video showed Tori as she walked over to the chilled counter in the supermarket, without realising she had a straw unfortunately attached to the back of her dungarees.

Completely unaware, she then strolled back to the camera and turned it off.

"It's okay… we can laugh at it," Tori captioned the video.

And she added the hashtags "#embarrassingmoments #influencersinthewild #embarrassing".

People were quick to comment on the video, with many admitting how mortified they would be if it happened to them.

"Would be my final straw. Literally," one wrote.

"That would be a silent car ride home with no radio," another laughed.

"I'm more sad that no one told you!" a third insisted.

"Girlll I’m so sorry," someone else said.

"I would’ve been done!"

"I immediately left the store," Tori admitted.

"Why is it so perfectly placed?! crying lol," another wrote.

"I’m 34 weeks pregnant and I’m about to go into labor laughing so hard," someone else giggled.

With Tori replying: "Actually I saw my reflection in the frozen food window and looked back at the video and realised.

"So it was still like 10 minutes after!"
