Back in June the TV star revealed how much weight she needed to loose in order to reach her goal. She took to <a href="https://www.the-sun.com/topic/social-media/" rel="nofollow"> social media </a> last week to open up about how it is all going. Mama June said: “OK guys. I am 50 pounds down as of yesterday… <nbtemplate data-id="AdPlaceholder" data-content="JTdCJTdE"></nbtemplate> “65 sorry! 65. I started off this journey as 285, yesterday I weighed in at 220 exactly.” The star then showed her fans what she was eating for lunch – grilled salmon, french fries and corn from Cheddars. However she had given the fries to Kaitlyn who was sitting in the car seat behind her. “This is how you eat out whenever you’re on a weight loss journey! “And this is the first time, I don’t really eat out I cook,” she said. Mama June explained that she had 31.7g of protein in her meal and still has 50 to lose.  Fans rushed to the comments section to share their praise. Back in June Mama June revealed how she had lost weight and how much she has left to go. “I’ve been doing tirzepatide, which is like Mounjaro, for eight weeks,” she told <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/celebrity-news/news/mama-june-says-she-has-72-6-pounds-to-lose-before-hitting-goal-weight/" rel="noreferrer noopener nofollow"> US weekly. </a> “I’m going [into] my ninth week this week and I’ve lost 30 pounds, and I really have kept myself strict.” The TV personality, who is going to the gym to aid her weight loss, confessed she had 72.6 pounds to go. She added: “I don’t ever want to go down to 130 pounds, [which] I was when in season 1 [of From Not to Hot]. I went from a 24 to a size zero.” Mama June underwent a gastric bypass in 2015 and went from 550 to 195 because of the surgery. <nbtemplate data-id="AdPlaceholder" data-content="JTdCJTdE"></nbtemplate> However in the next years she gained weight again.
