THE NFL can hand a fine to Travis Kelce over a celebration move that was influenced by his girlfriend and music icon Taylor Swift.
The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end, 34, has had a rough go of things in the production department despite the team’s undefeated 3-0 record.
Kelce hasn’t scored a touchdown in the Chiefs’ first three games.
In fact, he has just eight receptions for 69 yards combined.
The nine-time Pro Bowler Kelce has a chance of also getting hit with a fine from the league as well.
The NFL gave a $5,305 fine to Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Andre Iosivas for a bow-and-arrow celebration during the team’s 26-25 loss to Kansas City in Week 3.
The second-year wideout’s celebration came when he recorded his first touchdown of the campaign.
Iosivas’ score came on a diving four-yard grab.
The league deemed his celebration move “unsportsmanlike conduct.”
The same gesture has also been performed in the past by Kelce.
He has even used the celebration more since his relationship with Swift began last summer .
The 14-time Grammy winner has displayed the bow-and-arrow gesture on stage during her legendary Eras Tour.
Swift usually showcases the move when she sings the song called The Archer.
There doesn’t appear to be a fine coming for Kelce.
But the possibility shouldn’t be ruled out for the 12-year veteran whose contract with the Chiefs runs through 2027.
Kelce has a $17 million salary this season.
His bow-and-arrow celebration has been used by other athletes, past and present.
Denver Nuggets ‘ Jamal Murray performs the celebration during his three-point routine.
NHL legend P.K. Subban and former MLB All-Star Fernando Rodney are also among the athletes who have achieved the jig.
Kelce could avoid receiving punishment for the gesture due to the fact he regularly executed the move before games.
He usually does the gesture coming out of GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium before contests.
It’ll be interesting to see if Kelce carries out the gesture when the Chiefs play their next home against the New Orleans Saints in Week 5.
In the meantime, Kansas City will go on the road to face the 2-1 Los Angeles Chargers in Week 4.

they are famous or noteworthy because people have to be in others business when they have no effing clue. If a noteworthy person eats, drinks, sleeps, goes out it doesn't affect me it doesn't even trickle down to me. I don't care. I wish others would just let it be

Could it be a racist move toward Native Americans? Is that the problem maybe? I don't know.
