TOM Brady appears to still be in game shape even during his retirement at age 47.

The NFL legend was spotted enjoying a day on the water, and his incredible physique was revealed in the process.

Brady is in the middle of his new career as a color commentator with Fox Sports, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t staying strong and healthy.

The former Patriot and Buccaneer looks as strong as ever, sporting muscular arms and abs underneath a life vest while he surfed on the water.

Brady lives an extremely healthy lifestyle, and can still lift massive amounts of weight with ease.

Last month, Brady shared a video on his YouTube channel where he lifted more weight than he ever did in his playing career.

He shared that he only bench pressed a maximum of 225 pounds during his NFL days.

“With Matt Cassell, grinding it out to see who could lift more and be the bigger meat stick,” Brady said.

“The most I did was like 225 for like eight or nine.”

Brady was able to rep out 225 pounds with ease, and added an extra 20 pounds to the rack and benched that weight, a new personal best for him.

“If you told me this morning that should try to do 245, I’d be like ‘you’re out of your f***ing mind,” Brady said.

“I will say, not to brag about myself, but I am a great athlete.”

Brady has shared other incredible athletic feats during his retirement, including being able to dunk a basketball, and increasing his sprint speed.

He ran a 5.28-second 40-yard dash at the 2000 NFL Combine when he was 22 years old. Earlier this year he ran the dash at 5.12 seconds.

At 47 years old Brady has somehow gotten stronger and faster, a testament to his commitment to staying healthy.

At his recently-completed mega-mansion , Brady has multiple vegetable plots outside for him to grow his own food. He promotes healthy eating as part of his lifestyle, and those fresh foods could be one of the secrets to his strength.

With all of his newfound strength and speed in retirement, some fans think Brady is wasting his talents by sitting in the broadcast booth and are begging him to return to the NFL.

“You’ve got to come out of retirement & beat the Chiefs,” one fan said.

“The Goat is still Goating!!” another fan said.

“Tom Brady’s warm-up is more than your 1 Rep Max,” a third fan said.

“Sounds like you’re making a comeback,” a fourth fan said.

“Bro just play again we all know u want to,” a fifth fan said.

Plenty of teams would probably love to have Brady under center, but it appears he is retired for good after starting his gig with Fox Sports.
