July 5, 1948 – June 9, 2024 - Jane Thayer McKee of Lake Oswego passed away peacefully at home on June 9, 2024, surrounded by her husband, Roger McKee, and her daughter and son-in-law, Marcella and Nick Wentz.

Born in Great Bend, Kansas, Jane earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Oregon. After moving to Lake Oswego in 1989, she became a licensed acupuncturist and opened her own clinic in 1994.

Jane was a dedicated healer, always seeking to learn and support those around her. She cherished friendships from all stages of her life and enjoyed fitness classes and travel with her family.

Jane is survived by her husband Roger; daughter Marcella, son-in-law Nick; sister Susan Kienzle; and brother Mike Thayer. A private celebration of life is planned for this fall. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a hospice organization.
