understand were they are coming from but the fact is they are wanting to push of the middle class of the blacl community with rent hikes that they csnt afford and with othrr developers coming in to remodel and raise the property value never thought i would see a $2 mill dollar house on alabama ave, and $1 million on minnasota ave, mlk $1.2. million home like wth and the crime but thays the reason for the rent raise prices to make them move they wouodnt be able to afford a million dollar house nor the propertt value or taxe they thinking business wise not community wise or family wise of the people their i was born a raised in anacostia went and graduated fron ana i been what they was trying to do a long tine ago especially with willaim c smith owning majority of the property their do more research on this mess its ways around it just gotta find it and have documentation.
