Join Us for Discover Nature Day June 1 at Seneca Rocks Discovery Center

SENECA ROCKS W.Va. (WVDN) – Join Monongahela National Forest and our friends and partners, on Saturday, June 1, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., for Discover Nature Day at the Seneca Rocks Discovery Center.

Come and enjoy family-friendly fun and learning for all ages. There will be nature-based interactive exhibits, demonstrations, and activities; be sure to check out the live snakes, birds of prey and native fish.

This event is brought to you in partnership with the Appalachian Forest National Heritage Area (AFNHA), Eastern Forests Interpretive Association (ENFIA) and many others.

“Discover Nature Day is one of Seneca Rocks Discovery Center’s biggest events of the year! We’re excited to showcase all kinds of fun & educational outdoor activities. We couldn’t provide these kinds of opportunities without the critical involvement of our valued partners including AFNHA & ENFIA. Come and discover nature with us,” said Mandy Harmon, Seneca Rocks Discovery Center Assistant Director.
