GREENBRIER COUNTY SOLID WASTE AUTHORITY

GREENBRIER COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA

Pickup Truck

The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority is soliciting bids for a 3/4 or 1 ton pickup truck.

Bids will be accepted by the Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority at 450 Monroe Avenue, Ronceverte, West Virginia, 24970 or by email at grecycle450@gmail.com. Bids must be received no later than 1 PM August 27, 2024.

Trucks shall meet the following at a minimum:

1. New or used (2016 or newer) model 4X4 with 8 foot bed.

2. Crew cab with power windows.

3. Diesel engine with automatic transmission.

4. Complete towing package, bumper pull, factory installed 5th wheel/gooseneck package.

5. Minimum towing capacity of 16,000 lbs.

6. Trailer brake control.

7. Exhaust brake.

8. Bed liner.

Bid shall include the following:

• Warranty Detail

• Manufacturers Sales Literature

• Delivery Date

No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of bids. The Greenbrier County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part.
