    Lewisburg Historic Landmark Commission to hold regular meeting

    LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – The Lewisburg Historic Landmark Commission will hold its regular monthly meeting on Monday, Sept. 9, at 5 p.m. in the Paul R. Cootey Council Chambers, to hear the following applications.

    Agenda

    1. Call to order

    2. Approval of the July minutes

    3. Jim Morgan, 140 Oak Street, 6-foot deck extension

    4. Alex Smith, 180 Courtney Drive, replace roof (cedar composite)

    5. Stephanie Bachman, 163 Randolph Street, replace roof

    6. Brandon Johnson, 914 Jefferson Street, paint the exterior of existing building

    7. Jody Wooton, 886 Washington Street, submit drawings for fire door

    8. GVRP, 970 Jefferson Street, add a 10’x30’x8’ addition to back of the log structure

    9. Kahsyne LLC, 775 Court Street, Remove N.E. corner stairwell and add stair to structure between building and church, cover stairs with material awning. Clad west and north sides of building in hardy board and baton material, Placement of windows and storefront system

    10. Libby Tomar, 1505 Washington Street East, remove existing driveway to create a new driveway off Dwyer Lane.

    11. Katie Kilcotlin-Jennifer Orr, construct new structure 161 Dwyer Lane
