NOTICE

Alyson A. Dotson, the court-appointed trustee for the law practice of J. Michael Anderson, hereby notifies the public that client files are available for pick up at the law office of J. Michael Anderson on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., and Friday, September 20, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Former clients, or a duly authorized representative, may retrieve the client file only upon production of photo identification and the signing of a receipt acknowledging delivery. Mr. Anderson’s office is located at 474 Main Street, Rainelle, WV, 25962.

Please take further notice that files dated prior to 2018 may have been destroyed pursuant to the attorney’s file retention policy. Furthermore, any client file not retrieved on the above dates will be destroyed pursuant to the rules of professional conduct.
