BECKLEY, W.Va. (WVDN) – WVU Tech President T. Ramon Stuart, Ph.D. was appointed to Ruffalo Noel Levitz’s (RNL) AI Leadership Council, a pioneering initiative shaping the future of artificial intelligence (AI) in higher education.

Stuart joins a distinguished group of university executives who are leading the way in exploring the potential of AI to enhance the educational experience – especially student success, improve operational efficiency, and address real-world challenges facing higher education institutions.

RNL’s AI Leadership Council’s primary goal is to drive discussions that will shape the future of AI in higher education. By staying informed about AI trends and legislation, members will ensure their institutions are well-prepared. Members’ insights will also directly influence RNL’s AI solutions and benefit institutions nationwide. Additionally, networking with industry leaders will foster collaboration and drive innovation in AI application.

“We’re fortunate to have President Stuart join our AI Leadership Council. His leadership and insights will help us shape the future of AI in a way that benefits students, faculty, and institutions alike,” stated Dr. Stephen Drew, Chief Operating Officer of RNL.

“I am very excited for this opportunity to contribute to the conversations around AI and higher education,” Stuart said. “As West Virginia’s top technology institution, we have a lot to offer the national conversation around this new powerful tool that will inevitably change the educational landscape.”
