GEVB Finish as Fourth-Seed in Impressive Showing at Bridgeport

BRIDGEPORT- The Greenbrier East Spartans volleyball team came away with a fourth-seed finish at a highly competitive tournament in Bridgeport on Saturday, Sept. 14.

East tied with Martinsburg then defeated Moorefield, Wayne, and Oak Gleen before eventually falling to the host team, the Bridgeport Indians.

Head coach Matt Sauvage was pleased with how well his team played.

“Great showing on Saturday for GEVB,” he said.
