No middle school in the Wichita school district made Niche’s list of the top 10 public middle schools in the Wichita area. Instead, Andover, Renwick, Maize and Goddard schools took over the list.
Niche releases its school rankings annually . The website compiles the rankings by looking at parent and student surveys and other metrics, evaluating academics, teachers, diversity, culture and the overall school district.
According to the company, the best school districts in the Wichita area for 2024 are:

- Valley Center
