Kansas State QB Avery Johnson dances like Deion Sanders after touchdown at Colorado

Avery Johnson celebrated in a special way when he found the end zone on an eight-yard touchdown run in the first quarter of a Big 12 football game against Colorado on Saturday at Folsom Field.

    The Kansas State quarterback danced.

But this wasn’t just any dance. He showed off some shifty moves, the same way Deion Sanders once did when he was a star player in the NFL.

Sanders is the now the head coach for the Colorado Buffaloes, so it made perfect sense for Johnson to pay homage to him after he scored Kansas State’s first touchdown of the night in this game.

For those who are unfamiliar with the dance moves that Sanders used to show off when he scored touchdowns, they involve bouncing back and forth on alternating feet with your elbows pushed out and parallel to the ground.

Johnson earned the right to dance after he dodged a cornerback blitz and zoomed into the end zone to knot the score at 7-7 in the first quarter.

His touchdown run was good. His touchdown dance may have been even better.
