In Alabama, Top Fast-Food Restaurant, Del Taco, Has Two Locations in the State

(Alabama)- With many restaurants to choose from in the state, residents of Alabama can enjoy a variety of fast-food restaurants that cater to different tastes and preferences. According to the latest USA Today rankings, the top fast-food restaurant has shifted, with some surprising changes that might interest residents of Alabama.

Alabama Loves Good Food: For Alabamians wishing to try the top restaurant of 2024, please note that it is no longer Chick-fil-A and is now Del Taco.

Known for its Mexican-inspired menu, Del Taco offers a diverse range of options including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, burgers, and fries. It also features a dedicated breakfast menu and vegan/vegetarian options.

Locations in Alabama: According to Del Taco's website, Del Taco has two Alabama locations, one in Opelika and the other in Phenix City. In June 2024, Hville Blast reported that another location would soon open in Huntsville for residents in the area.

The new location will be on Cabela Drive (exact address is unavailable) and is under construction.

Helping Alabamians Save Money: In an effort to attract and engage a wider customer base, Del Taco launched the Del’s Real Deal Menu this month, featuring a selection of 15 items priced at $2 or less.

The menu includes tacos, burritos, nachos, and the new chips & fresh house-made guacamole. Del Taco emphasizes using real ingredients like slow-cooked beans, freshly grilled chicken, and house-grated cheddar cheese. This value menu is part of Del Taco’s commitment to providing high-quality, budget-friendly options.
