In an interview with NPR’s “Code Switch”, Birmingham Mayor Randall L. Woodfin said that becoming a sanctuary city would not be going far enough and instead declared Birmingham a “welcoming city.” so if Mayor wood fan goes by the sanctuary city policy, it’s ok to walk out with $995.00 in merchandise and there will be no prosecution. However, this man is in Hoover and I just recently witnessed a group of people being arrested at a CVS in Birmingham for trying to walk out with items they had not paid for. So obviously Woodfin has changed his direction at some point and is not following the standards of Oakland, California or Portland. This was also the same interview he gave when an illegal tried to kidnap a group of people in Jasper. He said that Birmingham would never cooperate with ICE on any level for detaining or capturing anyone.

A broken rear window usually is a sign someone stole the car.
